Q: What is the warranty period of your watches?

A: Most Russian watch manufacturers provide 12 months of warranty period for a new watch which is stated in factory papers coming with every watch. We support warranty period stated in the factory papers. No matter where you are located - you can send watch purchased from us for free repair and servicing during this period and we also will be happy to help you with any non warranty repair at affordable cost for any older Russian watches or purchased from other source.

Q: Do you sell only true Russian watches and are they really Russian?

A: If a watch on our site is marked as Russian, then it absolutely is.  All of the Russian movements for our watches are built in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chistopol and Zlatoust.  There are watches produced by our manufacturers with Swiss or Japanese movements and these are clearly marked as such.

Q: Are all of your watches new and genuine?

A: All of our watches are 100% new, direct from the factory with all original packaging and paperwork. You won't find replica or counterfeit watches on our site.  They are out there though.

Q: Are the watches checked before delivery?

A: All watches are tested before sending to customers.

Q: What payment methods can I use?

A: We prefer PayPal. Also we accept Bank Transfer, Money Orders, Western Union, Money Gram etc.

A: Absolutely NOT!  We are strident believers in the right to privacy in general and even more so when it comes to our customers. Q: How do you ship your watches?

A: Our primary and most often chosen method of shipping is through the Finland Postal Service (www.posti.fi). We offer priority mail with signature confirmation and tracking. Fixed Shipping Price Per Order is 10 USD.

We also offer UPS, FedEx, DHL and EMS service as an option.

Q: Do I have to pay import duties and/or import VAT?

A: We send our watches from Finland (European Union) so no VAT for customers from European Union.

Q: How quickly will I receive the watches ordered?

 A: Normally we have almost all watches in stock and mail them after a final check immediately upon reception of the order. Delivery time is 7-12 days within Europe and 12-16 days rest of the world.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All watch products purchased from Russian-Watches.info are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of shipping provided they are in the original condition and are returned in the original box with all printed materials associated with the product.  No shipping charges will be refunded for returned merchandise.
