This is a genuine very rare Soviet mechanical watch Salut Molnija (Tscheljabinsky Watch Factory). Manual mechanical movement Molnija YK-6 with 15 ruby jewels. Side second hand (at '6' o'clock position). Case diameter 43 mm, thickness 9 mm. Movement number #149296. Movement is in perfect working condition! Full tested. This watch runs and keeps good time, and is in overall good shape. Made in USSR. It's dated I quarter 1949 (signed on the mechanism).  Piece of Soviet History!
